Getting startedIs the garden real?
An offer that is not marked as DEMO refers to a specific garden managed by a real producer. PlantOn is currently in its pilot phase, so the public catalog contains demonstration offers that show how the platform works and are not available for a real reservation.
Getting startedWho grows my garden?
The producer you choose. Each real offer clearly shows who provides the service and under which terms.
Getting startedDo I need land or equipment?
No. The selected producer provides the garden and organizes growing according to their offer.
ReservationsDoes an enquiry confirm the reservation?
No. The producer reviews the enquiry first. After terms are agreed, they confirm the reservation and the growing period begins.
ReservationsCan I cancel and receive a refund?
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the producer's offer, the stage of performance and applicable law. Because you pay the producer directly, refund requests go to them first.
GrowingCan I choose what is planted?
Yes, when the crop is offered by the selected garden and available for planting in that season.
HarvestIs a specific harvest quantity guaranteed?
No, unless the producer expressly guarantees it in the offer. Weather, soil, disease and other real conditions affect growing, so estimates are not yield guarantees.
HarvestWhat happens if the crop fails?
The producer should record the situation and inform you. Replanting, substitution, a price reduction or refund depends on the offer, your agreement and mandatory legal rights. PlantOn does not guarantee yield.
HarvestCan I visit the garden?
Only when the producer offers visits and confirms a time. A garden is a working production site, so a visit is not automatically included in every reservation.
PaymentDo I pay PlantOn for the reservation?
No. You pay the producer directly for the reservation, planting, growing and produce according to their terms.
DeliveryCan the harvest be delivered?
If the selected producer offers delivery. The garden detail shows available pickup and delivery options.
ProducersHow can a producer join?
On the producer page, they can request access and leave basic details about their farm and capacity.
ProducersWhat if the producer stops operating during the reservation?
Contact the producer first because they provide the agricultural service. PlantOn can preserve available records and assist communication, but cannot take over growing or refund money it did not receive.
PlantOnIs PlantOn a producer or retailer?
No. PlantOn is a digital platform connecting customers and producers and organizing their process.
PlantOnHow is a dispute with a producer handled?
Complaints about growing, produce, invoices or delivery go to the producer first. PlantOn may help forward the message and provide available records. Complaints about PlantOn's digital service can be sent to info@planton.me.
